Description of C Purlin:

C purlin roll forming machine was designed to make the steel C purlines for roofing. It is an revolution for construction. Compared with traditional purlins, steel purlins have so many advantages, they are light, easy to install, and recyclable for other buildings etc. Therefore, as we can see, in mordern steel industrial buildings or prefab enineered buildings, people always use C purlinsZ purlins and sometime U purlins without flange stiffeners as well.

What is the C purline machine?

C purlin roll forming machine is equipment that produces C shaped steel channels continuously out of galvanized or cold rolled steel strips from feeding, punching for holes, bending and cutting.

Due to the change architects made about steel purlins, c purlin roll forming machine has been designed. Generally, a c purlin roll forming machine C shaped section channels continuously from feeding of the material, straightening, and roll forming, punching for holes or slots, and shearing.   3. And it could be any kind of holes combination.
  4. By changing the punching dies, you can also save lots of money for punching station.

Option B: punching after rolling forming

  1. Punching after rolling forming, we could use for both bottom holes and side holes.
  2. The hole position could be very accurate.

Usage: It is used to support the steel coil and uncoil it in a turntable way. Passive uncoil pulled by roll forming system.

Note: You can choose the manual decoiler or the hydraulic decoiler as need. The price of the hydraulic decoiler is 3500USD higher than the manual one. If you want the loading car, you need to pay more 2000USD.

The spacers and rollers

Advantage:

  1. For all of our rollers, spacers and shafts, we all mark numbers on it, it’s very convenient for you to maintenance the machine in the future.

2. There is ball bearings inside the rollers, to make all the rollers run at same speed when machine is run.  3. Because the rollers inside with ball bearings, our rollers is bigger than others, so work speed is faster. 4. All rollers and spacers, we do 3mm thickness chrome coating, to increase hardness and anti-rust. Some factories maybe use 1-2mm chrome coating.

For this design, we use the gearbox as transmission, and the molding frame as the machine based .And the flying tracking cutting system, the roller material is GCR12 mov, it is very very good one, the price is around 38000 USD, we can promise the straight edge of the corner

What we recommend and why?

What we recommend: that it is option B. As the machine, whole metal sizes frame is hard to change the roller and adjust them to make by one machine. You need to remove frame, chain and others and then you can change. And also for the material thickness beyond 2.5mm, we do suggest to use the gearbox as the transmission, as the chain transmission, you can not use more than 3 years. This profile is hard to bend as the size is small but the thickness is very thick. So it need more strength to make it.
