Automatic C-Channels rolling making machine is designed to make the many sizes C profiles by one machine. C Channel & Box Channel thicknesses vary from .003″ thick up to .150″ thick. On 1/4 & 1/2 hard aluminum, Aluminum C Channel & Aluminum Box Channel thicknesses can reach up to .250″ thick. Many different decorative pre-coated metals are generally not recommended when more than .030″ thickness is required unless larger than normal corner radii can be used. Some coatings can be used, however, up to .125″ thick such as a pre-finished Hot Dip Galvanized coating. Box Channel & C-Channel Lengths may be from 3″ thru 40 feet long with close tolerances. For the shutter shaft tubes,  there are very Specific Quality Requirements for Tube Rollers. A Tube Roller must be Straight, very Straight. Shade meet that straightness criteria for both the locked seam and the tube length itself. Packaging requirements are provided to keep each “Tubing Roller” safe from bending through normal shipping practices and then some. Special cartons and skids are designed to provide this for our Tubing Rollers. Motor shearing double layer machine for U.S.A R panel and Ag panel sheets

Motor shearing double layer machine for U.S.A R panel and Ag panel sheets is designed specially for U.S.A market. Different with other double layer machine, this one we use the motor shearing instead of hydraulic shearing.

Compared with hydraulic shearing, motor shearing is more faster. Meanwhile the shearing is not effected by the temperature.  Hydraulic shearing as the power comes from the hydraulic oil, when cold or hot and then the shearing is not so powerful.

But disadvantage of the motor shearing is not so powerful, it can not be used to handle quite thicker profiles. Here I will take a random popular drawing profile for your reference:
