• 3 ton Double head hydraulic decoiler:

The process begins with an automated decoiler and precision leveling system to ensure flat, consistent material feed (hot-dip galvanized or pre-painted coils).

• Feeding Leveling & Punching:
  7 Rollers for the leveling, Up3 down 4 make the panel flat to feed the punching part, while punching unit adds pre-punched holes (e.g., for connections or utilities) with millimeter accuracy.And Add the button control the width adjustment.

• Roll Forming with Embossing Technology:
  Our proprietary multi-stage roll forming mill incorporates embossing rollers that create optimized patterns on the CZ profiles. This increases moment of inertia (MOI) and load-bearing capacity without adding weight.

• Cutting part
  Hydraulic stepless cutting can be used in a variety of sizes. Even when changing models, there is no need to adjust the cutter, which is more convenient to operate.
